We know you’ll love your new ring, even when it’s not so new. That’s why we’ve put together our Care-For-Life Guarantee**. Our guarantee makes sure your ring will be taken care of for as long as you love it.
Our Care-For-Life Guarantee** comes with these great benefits:
When your ring needs to be refinished our guarantee enables you to send your ring to us for refinishing, free of charge, for as long as you own your ring.
If your ring becomes damaged through scratches or other surface problems, we will repair your ring to the best of our ability, free of charge.
In certain cases of major damage due to chips or cracks, especially with our metal lined rings, we may be able to work with you to repair the ring for a fee based on the work needed without having to replace the ring fully. We will always work with you to offer all options available before replacing your ring.
If your ring becomes damaged beyond repair, we will replace it with a new ring at 50% of the retail price. This is a one-time offer and will not carry over to the new ring. However, the new ring will still carry on with our other great Care-For-Life benefits.
With our All Wood Rings we can resize within a half size in either direction* of the original size as needed without cost (*With the exception of our all-wood gemstone ring. This style cannot be sized up, only down).
Our Metal Lined Rings can be adjusted in size for a fee. Fee costs will be worked out based on size and style of the ring being adjusted.
Our Care for Life guarantee has been created to help you take the best care of your wooden ring. When damage occurs to your ring we will do everything we can to help you repair your original ring without cost. We cannot be held responsible for damage that may occur from improper wear or use of your ring.

**Shipping is not included with our Care for Life guarantee. Customers will be responsible for the full shipping cost, including any duties or customs collected when sending their ring in for these benefits. You will be contacted with return shipping options, as well as any fee options for care, upon receipt of your ring in our shop for service.
