Need to Return Your Ring for Service?
IMPORTANT: Between November 15 and January 5 we suggest holding on to your ring and waiting to have it serviced until after the holidays.
We find that more parcels go missing during this busy shipping time, and our shop is also busy with an influx of orders and may not be able to service your ring within our normal time-frame.
We cannot guarantee a ring back in time for the holidays if it is sent within this time period.

This form is also used to return your ring for Refund or Exchange. Please make sure you know our policies regarding refund or exchange before you send your ring back to ensure you are eligible.
